Sam Saideman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Innovo Management, LLC, a leading music and creator management company executing 100+ promotional campaigns monthly across the entertainment industry. A Recording Academy member since 2020, Sam has built Innovo into a powerhouse that earned recognition in Music Ally's Best Marketing Campaigns of 2024 (Influencer Marketing category) and landed him on Business Insider's Top Influencer Managers list in both 2023 and 2024.
Under Sam's leadership, Innovo directly manages an exclusive roster of musicians and influencers including Ni/Co, YONAS, Jillian Webber, and Marley Arnold, while the agency division has executed campaigns for Universal Music, Epic Records, Big Machine, Verve Records, and Fortune 500 brands including Crayola, Zales, and Vistaprint. Sam has personally created and managed label marketing budgets for projects featuring Meghan Trainor, BIA, Jon Batiste, Mario, Chris Brown, Method Man, and CeeLo Green.
Beyond his operational role, Sam serves as an advisor for Algorhythm and pre-seed investor in JamFeed, positioning himself at the forefront of music technology innovation. His entrepreneurial excellence earned him three Young Entrepreneur of the Year nominations from the Nashville Chamber of Commerce and Nashville Entrepreneur Center (2015, 2016, 2019), along with recognition from President Barack Obama and Nashville Mayor David Briley for his community impact through benefit concerts.
An immigrant from London who moved to New York in 2001, Sam's journey from door-to-door sales at 18 to music industry leader exemplifies his belief that there's no substitute for hard work. After experiencing the pitfalls of the industry firsthand as a signed artist at 19, he co-founded Innovo with Ian Rodriguez to create a company focused on fair treatment and grassroots career development. Today, Innovo manages creators reaching tens of millions of followers while maintaining its founding principle: putting artists and creators first.
Sam is a three-time college dropout who believes in a sink or swim mentality with low barrier to entry businesses. "Innovate to Elevate."
