STEP 1: DEFINE YOUR GOALS

What is your goal with this account? Find new fans? Establish credibility? Position yourself as a thought leader for job security?

Each goal demands a different strategy.

STEP 2: ESTABLISH CONTENT PILLARS

Based on your goals, establish 2-3 types of content motifs that you can try out.

Post 1 per day until you get one that goes "viral" or reaches more than 5x your number of followers.

This step requires a loooot of research. We do around 20-30 hours of research before putting together a content strategy. We look at competitors in your niche, what content resonates with your target audiences, and your goals. We develop scripts, hooks, and more for our clients so all you have to do is film.

STEP 3: DOUBLE DOWN

Once you find a content format that works well, double down.

This is the most important step that most people are often scared to repeat, but if you do it, you'll grow 2x faster.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 consistently, while applying best practices for posting times and cadence. Every post is fully optimized for each platform, with an engagement tool and goal set for every single post, so we know what we want to acomplish.

This step also includes taking a deep look at the analytics every week.

Which post performed best? Which didn’t? What do we change about next week’s calendar to include this information?

STEP 4: GOAL REACHED! NOW WHAT?
